Inspired by ancient Greek mythology, this artwork tells the story of the mighty hunter Orion and the giant scorpion Scorpius. Orion, boasting that no animal could defeat him, was humbled by Gaia, the earth goddess, who sent Scorpius to battle him. Scorpius's deadly sting ultimately triumphed, and Zeus honored them both by placing their constellations in the night sky, forever positioned on opposite sides, Orion and Scorpius symbolize the balance between pride and humility, reminding us of this timeless lesson in their celestial dance.
